Just back from Lizzy Drakes and forgot what a lovely place to go for dinner.Myself and my kids all said we must make it a regular for dinner.Staff are attentive and friendly, the food was lovely infact big portions that we couldn't finish even tho we tried and the value for money can't be beaten, busy little place with a good atmosphere, definitely pre book a table

Welcome! is on the mat, we would recommend Lizzie Drakes to anyone who enjoys Good Food, Excellent Service, Friendly Atmosphere Comfortable, Surroundings in a Relaxed out of town Roadhouse. Try it for Yourself and you will agree both Value and Quality stand together here.

Fantastic little pub, I didn't pre-book so got the reviewed back room for a meal. I've learnt now tho that it's essential to book to be in the warmth of the front bar. That aside the service was good and the food was superb, a proper steak house. I'll be booking next time and staying for a few pints.
